"PUP has no come back fih come back"

Today is the start of my 2012 input into this new charge that ends in the making of Belizean history. March 7, 2012 will be nothing short of the beginning of a new chapter for our Belize. If you love Belize you will care for this day and make sure to participate. You will decide if the title of this blog published is true or simply a simple attempt by a government that has gone afoul of ideas.

IMHO the yellow dude that has been launched again unto the Belizean people to try to convince us to vote for the government and the UDP is repulsive both in message and in his being passé.

My logic tells me if the PUP has 'no come back fih come back' then there is no need for the Christmas giveaways, the sudden giving away of citizenship and voting eligibility, the sudden paving of some streets, the barring of Shakron, the ads paid for with our tax dollars, the parades, t-shirts etc. etc. All these seem like desperate moves from a political contender that is mind-boggled at an impending loss at the election polls.

If you go back to previous posts you will see that I have went on record to state categorically that governing from a position of arrogance and being annoyed with life was/is not good for Belize. I really thought that Mr. Barrow would become a Prime Minister once we had the name. He though never did gain the soothing airs of one that has good in his heart. Maybe he said a little too many times that he will "campaign like the devil."

The Belizean body politic now is busy preparing the only report card that matters...our vote. The current lame duck administration might be at odds not to be the latest of outgoing ruling parties that has NO COMEBACK FIH COME BACK....Not in 2012.

Hey Belize...no super majority please... we are not ready for that. Just a majority of GOOD Belizeans is needed....

In my humble opinion...

  1. Maybe you are right but i don't believe that I need to like you to respect you. The Prime Minister would certainly not win a popularity contest, nor would he win Mr. Amity/Congeniality. The man does however, in my view, have good ideas and has proven to have brought Belize forward, considering the constraints at hand. I believe that Belizeans would not have the same trust in a party that has been crumbling on a daily basis. The people need to see a strong unified party for them to vote for them.
